Tim Tebow loves Jesus! He's made sure everyone everywhere knows it.
Recently, his attorneys have sent a cease and desist letter to cubbytees.com to get them to stop making a "MY Jesus" t-shirt.
The shirt is a parody of the standard "NY Jets" logo t-shirt.
The website said about the shirts:
"This fun design is not officially endorsed by New York's backup quarterback or the Son of God, but plays off the themes of Tebow's faith and his new team."
Problem is Tebow's attorneys don't want his name and/or likeness involved at all.
The website is not stopping selling the t-shirts and sent a response to Tebow's legal team that said the design:
"[…] shares nothing with Mr. Tebow except for promotion of a common Lord and Savior."
They're actually still available online so get one while you still can!
That is, if you're into that sort of thing.
