Cameron Diaz's Trainer's Fitness Tips!

Cameron Diaz has always been one fit lady, but recently we've noticed her arms are crazy toned!

How does she do it?

Just ask her trainer, Teddy Bass.

"I've had the pleasure of working with Cameron for over a decade. She's obviously genetically gifted, but she's also incredibly dedicated to fitness and a healthy lifestyle."

So even if your genes are against you, the true secret is dedication. Perseverance pays off in the end!

Bass continues:

"It’s important to remember that if you want to gain strength and muscle, don’t do as much cardio. If you want to lose weight, alternate more cardio in between your strength training."

So while he works mainly with celebs, he reminds people that part of a celebrity's job is to be in shape, and they can afford all sorts of professional help.

"While it’s wonderful to use people like Cameron as inspiration, only use them to motivate you, instead of comparison. Don’t beat yourself up trying to look a certain way. Make that connection between your body and mind first so you can be the best you."

What great advice! He sounds like a great guy!
