Feast your eyes (and feast in general) on this:
Baked Crab Dip
Look for fresh canned crabmeat at the store; it has tons of flavor, is a great source of protein and easy to use! If you can’t find crab, use a can of high quality, albacore tuna instead. This recipe is irresistible so make sure to cool before eating: I’ve burnt my mouth on this one too many times to count!
8 oz crabmeat
8 oz whipped cream cheese
1 tsp hot sauce, or more to taste
salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients together, and put in a small, oven safe ramekin. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Serve with veggies or crackers for dipping and enjoy!
