Build fitness into your daily routine. Find ways to make fitness as much a part of your day as eating (good food) and going to work. Also, learn ways to incorporate “fitness moments” throughout your day. Stretch while watching TV, take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk to your favorite restaurants and get active with friends while you socialize. All of these will help you build healthy habits on the way to a new you.
