Peanut Butter Cookies
Sometimes fruit doesn’t satisfy a late night sweet tooth! Try this recipe for warm baked cookies without any preservatives, gluten or dairy. Experiment with different variations of nut butters and dried fruit … the possibilities are endless!
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup rolled oats, raisins, chocolate chips or shredded coconut.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, and place heaping spoonfuls on greased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, cool on rack, and enjoy!
