Kelly Clarkson Doesn't Want To Be Super Skinny

Kelly Clarkson's weight has always been scrutinized by the media.
She doesn't care what they think though, she only wants to be healthy and comfortable in her own skin — and for her man as we previously mentioned.
She said:
"Really, what I try to instill in my fans is to be healthy and happy. I have no desire to be super-skinny."
So how does she stay happy and healthy? What's her fitness routine?
"I do cardio. I run. I strength-train using my own body weight. I don't like free weights, because I build muscle easily."
That's great! She's found a routine that works for her and she's stuck to it!
And she looks ahmayzing because of it.
Way to stay fit, gurl!
