Man Sues Hospital For Watching Baseball Instead Of Helping His Boner!

It's a shame that a bus driver is having to publicly admit to having to go to the hospital for a painful erection — because the hospital staff was watching baseball instead of helping him.
That's such a private thing to have happen!
Daren Scott is suing the Yale-New Haven Hospital for $2 million because they failed to promptly and properly treat him… choosing to watch a sports game instead.
Scott was diagnosed before the incident with recurrent priapism, a persistent painful erection unrelated to sexual stimulation — and yet when he checked into an emergency medical facility he was told he had to move his bus because he had parked it in the wrong place.
He had gone to the hospital immediately after driving customers from Boston to New York, so unless he was blocking the emergency room, moving the bus could have waited a bit!
Of course, he suffered more pain as a result of moving the bus, and when he explained he was in great pain was told to wait.
This is when he noticed that the facility's staff, including physicians on duty, was watching the game on TV! WTF!
He had to wait an hour before he was brought into a treatment room!!
That's not the end of the nightmare, though: a doctor refused to properly inject his medication, and no effort was made to bring in an urologist.
All of this resulted in being taken to the hospital AGAIN and forced to wait another four hours before receiving treatment! An operation was then unsuccessful and he remained in great pain for several months!
The hospital denies all of this and is saying he can't sue because of the statute of limitations.
But how could he know the scope of prolonged pain if he was supposed to file immediately??
We REALLY hope this hospital gets its act together — what a terrifying ordeal!
