Lisa Defazio's Secret To Dropping 5 Pounds!

Most Americans are either overweight or obese according to many studies. Thus, many of you are not alone….and to be healthy and lessen the risks for diabetes, stroke, high blood pressureand cardiovascular diseases—most of us need to lose! The dilemma is that daily, we are surrounded with so many tempting unhealthy snacks and convenient fast food stops. So where's a good place to start for dropping the first five pounds?
Follow my Secrets to Weight loss success! Just remember LOSE
LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
I have counseled hundreds of people to lose weight…I have NEVER met a person overweight from eating veggies!!!! Even carrots, all the hype about carrots have sugar, give me a break, are you going to binge on carrots? I don’t think so! Fruit is fine too…Don’t eat 30 oranges, but don’t worry about the size of the apple or banana, go for it. Water helps flush out waste products of fat metabolism, so drink through out the day. Especially if you are on a high protein diet! Your kidneys will be in overdrive processing all that protein, so they need water to help get rids of by products of protein metabolism.
OMIT ICE CREAM, CHEESE, RED MEAT, SALAD DRESSING,FRIED FOOD, SODA, BLENDED COFFEE DRINKS
In my 15 years of experience these are the Deadly Seven! Over and Over again patients come in, they want to lose weight, I review their diet, and these unsuspecting foods are almost always present! In my personal experience, Cheese will sabotage weight loss! When completely OMIT all cheese and cheese containing food from my diet, I lose 5 pounds! People who eat a chef salad or Caesar salad with Bleu cheese or regular salad dressing are eating 500-1000 calories…the dressing puts calories over the top….it is not worth it. Use vinaigrette, or just order a Turkey sandwich and forget the salad! Sodas and blended fancy coffee “milk shakes” are hundreds of calories that turn to fat and cellulite just like burgers and fries….Not worth it!
SUBTRACT 500 CALORIES PER DAY FROM YOUR CURRENT DIET
There are 3500 calories in 1 pound of fat. Cut out 500 calories each day for 7 days, and you just cut 3500 calories! (500×7=3500), which means you lose a pound. A daily ice blended is 500 cal, regular dressing on your lunch salad is 500cal, a few sodas or 40 oz soda is 500cal, the amount of daily cheese you eat is 500, a bowl if ice cream after dinner is 500, the list goes on and on!
EXERCISE 5 DAYS PER WEEK FOR 45 MIN
So we cut 500 per day from the diet, now we will burn the other calories with exercise to drop another pound or more per week.
Why? Because when you exercise you will not crave sugar and fat as much, you feel more fit, you will not be as grouchy irritable or depressed. You will handle stress and your daily responsibilities more efficiently! You also will feel more in control of your life when you are in control of your weight!
I know many of us do not like it, but you have to decide what you want. If you want to drop 5, just do it. The people you look at and say “Wow! They are in shape I want to look like that!”….They are following these tips and exercising!
Just go out and walk, or use that treadmill you are hanging your clothes on right now! If you do this along with cutting out 500 calories/day, you will lose 5 lbs in 14 days or less. Those that weigh more and exercise more will lose weight faster!
And that's my secret! It is not hard to lose weight, and all of you can do it. The problem is that we want it without the commitment and work.
You have to choose what YOU want…
You have 2 choices:
Look and feel amazing and in control of your life, OR Tired, sick (diabetes, heart disease, joint problems), and unable to wear the clothes in your closet.
Is a bowl of ice cream really worth it? I don’t think so!
