No, the WWE didn't send up John Cena to rescue a group of stranded children.
That'd just be… amazing.
What's actually going on is former wrestler, John "Bradshaw" Layfield, is planning to climb 7 of the world's tallest mountains.
He's going to climb to the highest peak on each continent to help raise money for a charity called Family Center.
The charity helps kids in Bermuda, where he lives.
He originally planned on paying for the 2-3 year adventure out of his own pocket but the WWE stepped in to help.
"The WWE is sponsoring my whole 7 summits trip and will help get the word out across their social media platforms… all to raise money for the kids program."
He hopes that conquering the tallest, most dangerous mountains on the planet will let the kids know that anything is possible.
So for the kids to reap the benefits of the climb, what does he have to do?
"All I have to do is not die."
Way to be brave for the kids!
Good luck and happy climbing!
