Sandusky Trial: Prosecutor Opens With Graphic Details Of Sexual Encounters

With the Sandusky trail finally under way, opening statements have been given.
The lead prosecutor opened by introducing the jury to each victim by showing them a photo of the person and then describing in graphic detail the abuse Sandusky allegedly perpetrated on them.
Lawyers on both sides seem to agree that the case is really going to come down to the testimony of the allegedly abused boys.
A law professor said:
"There really is no physical evidence. It's entirely a question of he said, he said. But there are a whole lot of 'he's.' There are a whole lot of people to claim this story or claim similar stories."
So depending on the credibility of the victims' testimony and how easily the jury is swayed, the case could go either direction.
Though we have a feeling with that many criminal charges against you (52 counts) some of them are going to stick.
