Anytime we see a singer smoking, we feel like we're watching a model eat an entire pizza.
It's like the one thing you shouldn't do if that's your profession.
Well that didn't stop Miley Cyrus from smoking a cigarette while hanging out on a balcony recently.
This is the same girl who's been talking up her gluten-free diet and going to a Pilates class nearly 6 days a week.
Not only is she setting back all the hard work she's been putting in and damaging her health, she's also setting a bad example for her younger fans.
She must know smoking isn't good for her, but she continues to do it anyway.
Maybe she's nervous about being engaged to Liam Hemsworth??
