We can already tell Snooki is gonna be a good mama!
She's already adjusted her GTL routine to basically a light GL routine.
Thankfully she still does laundry, or else that'd be gross.
Snookers also has her buddy JWoww to help her with her gym routine!
"I know a lot of pregnant girls and I made a pregnancy routine for Nicole at the gym so she can go with us — very light and easy."
The easy routine is mainly light arm and leg exercises to stay toned. She's supposed to stay away from belly excesses but definitely work on her lower back strength for when she gets more and more pregnant and needs to support her growing stomach.
Then she works in some light cardio, just to stay generally fit.
So all Snooki has to do is follow the easy routine, but it might not be that simple. She said:
"The motivation is key, and I'm lacking that right now, but I go on my Bowflex once a week."
Something is ALWAYS better than nothing.
Unless that something is a swarm of killer bees, than we'd prefer nothing.
Anyway, we're glad Snooki is at least thinking about her health and the health of her baby!
