How can you be the #1 fast food chain, but also have the lowest customer satisfaction??
We're going to guess it has something to do with convenience, being cheap, and fast food addiction!
The study looked at several limited-service restaurants and put McDonald's at 73 percent satisfaction — though we're not sure if they made them wear a dunce cap in the end or not.
Papa John's was #1 with 83 percent.
Adding insult to injury, this is McDonald's highest customer satisfaction in the ASCI data presented, which goes back to 1995… even though they're in last place.
