Two Cups Of Coffee A Day VS Heart Failure!

Well well well. It's the age old battle!
Is having coffee multiple times a day good in the defense against heart failure??
It looks like it!
A new study is showing that with just two cups of coffee a day, heart failure might be warded off!
Of course, we're talking about moderate coffee drinking here. If you drink 10 cups of it, it's not going to make you invincible or anything. Two, though, may significantly lower the risk of heart failure.
Excessive drinking might actually make things worse!
They looked at five studies of coffee consumption in Sweden and Finland that involved 140,200 people and 6,522 heart failure events.
They found that two commercial 8-ounce cups of coffee in the U.S.helped prevent heart failure by 11 percent!
There's no word on how strong the coffee was, what they put in it, or how caffeinated it was either. You'd think those are things they'd HAVE to look into!
Either way, this is good news for people who can't function without a cup of joe in the morning!
