1. Drink water between alcoholic beverages. Slows down the empty calorie intake and keeps you hydrated.
2. Have white wine spritzers – half wine half soda water. Add a twist of fresh lime and some ice cubes for a cocktail feel to it.
3. Take your own plate of healthy food (fruit and vegetable platter with hummus) and eat more of that than the fatty food party choices. You will look thoughtful and hot when you get to goal! Win Win!
4. Get up early and go for a killer workout session in anticipation of the day ahead.
