Miley Cyrus' body is fit as hell, but it's got some people worried that she's doing too much or not eating enough or something! The fact is, we're not sure WHY these haters are hatin', just that they're hatin' a little too much.
We'll admit we were a little worried at the speed things seemed to be shed, but not we're firmly in the camp that gurl looks goooooooood!
Plus, now we're hearing that her Pilates coach (instructor? teacher? sensei?) wants everyone to just shut up about it already.
Here's what she said:
"I think people need to chill out. She's healthy and she feels good, that's the main thing. She's smart about her body. She wanted to sculpt her body, that's all."
Miley's been going almost daily for one-hour sessions of circuit Pilates, which includes work on the reformer, mat exercises and stretching.
The pilates guide continued:
"What we focus on with Miley is posture. That was my main concern when she first came to me. I wanted to get her shoulders down and get her to relax her upper body. If you notice, her posture is a lot better. She works hard. When this girl comes in, she is on fire. She's focused.
"She loves her abs, of course! She's young and she's got a beautiful body."
As long as she's happy, we're happy.
Plus, let's be honest here — she's just in REALLY good shape!
