Tony Parker Going To The Olympics After Injury

As we previously mentioned, Tony Parker, NBA star, was injured in the Chris Brown and Drake brawl.
He was even trying to sue the nightclub for $20 million!
The problem was that his eye was injured and it could've stopped him from going to the London 2012 Summer Olympics.
Thankfully, even though some flying glass scratched his cornea, some doctors have given him the okay to play for France at the Olympics.
The French Basketball Federation said:
"The two ophthalmologists [from the Spurs] confirmed the opinion of the French doctor who operated on Tony Parker, and the two Swiss specialists who also examined the player last Thursday, and indicated that he can resume playing."
So he'll be joining his home country's team and might be playing real soon in a tuneup game against England.
France's coach said:
"It is great news and a relief for the whole France team. I spoke with Tony on the phone and he sounded very happy — and also relieved — about this development. It was a difficult and alarming situation for everyone."
Though their first real game in the Olympics is against America… and we all know how that one ends.
USA! USA! USA!
