Ryan Lochte is on the cover of the August issue of Men's Journal magazine.
And damnnnnnn is he lookin' finnnne.
On how competing in Beijing changed him:
"After Beijing, I said, ‘Enough is enough.’ I don’t like losing. I started doing things differently than I’d done in the past. Instead of having one or two practices back to back that were great, I was having weeks and weeks that were really great."
On swimming not dictating his life:
"Swimming doesn’t define who I am. I’m not going to give up anything for it. I’m still going to be exactly who I am and have fun with life. There’s a lot of swimmers out there who make swimming their life, but for me, it’s just a sport that I do."
On not shying away from risky activities:
"Something could go wrong driving to practice. I could get hurt in a million ways. You have to take that chance."
On how his life is not going to be defined by what happens in London:
"I could get one medal or 20, and I’ll be happy."
He seems like such a cool guy!
World class athlete, cool dude, super sexy body/face/everything.
We hope he wins all the medals!
