It’s Work Out Wednesday (#WOW) but why not use today to go the extra mile? Walk the kids to school, take the stairs wherever you are, park in the back of the lot and us those extra steps to burn a few more calories with very little effort. Why not find a set of stairs near your home and run them a few times before getting home? Do some sprints in the park when taking the dogs for a walk.
