Having a food journal really helps you work out what you did well and what brought you undone. A quick assessment enables you to then make a plan for success. Make and take your lunches to work, remember to grab a snack and water before walking out the door, and having enough fresh food available in the house helps you make healthy meals versus relying on take out. Get honest and take your health into your own hands and you will see the results sooner rather than later!
