Pinkberry Co-Founder Faces Trial For Homeless Beating

One of the co-founders of the popular froyo places here in California, Pinkberry, is about to face a trial because he made the smart decision to beat a homeless man with a tire iron.

This guy should be locked up, for real.

The judge has denied a motion to dismiss the assault with a deadly weapon case against Young Lee, and Donald Bolding has testified this week.

He said that he was begging from drivers on a freeway off-ramp last year in Hollywood when his shirt rode up and revealed a sexually explicit tattoo.

Lee, then hopped out of his ride, demanded an apology to his wife, and then beat the crap out of him.

He was hit in the head two times and suffered a broken arm — all before witnesses stopped the attack.

This was brutal and terrible and he absolutely should face punishment for it.

You can't just go around doing that, no matter how offended you are.
