Serena Williams just won her fifth Wimbledon title and defended her Bank of the West Classic title.
Now, she's deciding it's more important to rest up and recuperate before going for the gold in London.
She recently announced that she'll be pulling out of a World Team Tennis match for the Washington Kastles because she needs to rest her back, or risk an injury.
Her sister Venus will be replacing her.
"I'm disappointed that I won't be able to see my D.C. fans, but can't wait to go for gold in London."
Serena is def the favorite to win a gold in London and she's never actually won an Olympic singles title before.
So these summer games should be inneresting!
