Everyone out there who claims that healthy food is just too expensive to buy can stop using that as an excuse now.
You literally have no excuses left to get into shape!
A new study is showing that new calculations are being used, replacing outdated data.
"When measured on the basis of edible weight or average portion size, grains, vegetables, fruit, and dairy foods are less expensive than most protein foods and foods high in saturated fat, added sugars, and/or sodium."
The thing is, though, it's easy to understand that grains and legumes are a cheaper source of protein than free-range chicken, but you'd have to live on things that aren't delicious free-range chickens.
So, remember to do these things:
Make a monthly budget. Plan ahead and eat in. Comparison shop.
These will help you save money and lead a help you live a healthier life!
