Pink: How I Lost The Baby Weight

Have you seen Pink lately?

Gurl looks fab. In fact, so fab that people are wondering just how she pulled off losing 55 pounds of baby weight so quickly!

Well, you're in luck — we have the answer right here!

In an interview, she said she occasionally eats chicken and fish, but her new diet seems to turn vegan often: meaning no animal products, at times.

Diet is only half the battle, though. Her typical workout also involves one-hour of cardio and an additional hour of strength-training or yoga.

It took a LOT of hard work, but it sure paid off!
