What the hell, David Beckham??
Why are you like, the most perfect man??
David is prepping to meet with the British Prime Minister to hash out a way to fight child malnutrition. You might not know this, but, he's a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Children's Fund.
Here's what David says:
"Stunting - when children don't get the right nutrients in the first 1,000 days of life - is the hidden crisis stopping millions of children around the world reaching their potential. It's irreversible. It means children get trapped in lives of poverty.
"During the coming weeks all eyes will be on London for the greatest show on earth. As a Unicef Ambassador, I am asking the Prime Minister to use the global spotlight on our nation to make children around the world the real winners of these Games."
There isn't much we can say about this — we really feel like David Beckham is a good man. His actions have proved it over and over again, and we're so lucky to have him in a position where he can use his status to try and make some changes.
We're all fans, David!
