Jessie J doesn't like junk food at all!
We just recently mentioned that Katy Perry likes to keep it healthy while on tour.
Well she's not alone!
Jessie J said:
"I eat a lot of fruit and a lot of veg, and I drink a lot of water, but I love my carbs. I don’t really eat junk food. It’s the only thing I’m not a fan of. Everyone in my team is like, ‘I’m just going to go to KFC.’
But when it’s, like, midnight and nowhere else is open, I’d much rather have mashed potato, gravy and cheese. That’s my naughty thing, instead of just saturated, mixed-up meat in a burger."
So she's a healthy eater and even when she's not eating healthy, she's only eating carbs (which aren't naturally bad.)
She said that her upbringing is what really helped her stay away from junk.
"When I was young my mum, bless her, used to make potato wedges with little bits of chicken and put them in a little box with an ‘M’ on it and tell us it was from McDonalds. And then when I went to McDonalds it wasn’t as nice as what my mum made. I think junk food makes you feel really crappy."
It def does, so it's good she steers clear of it.
Can't be feeling crappy when you're out on the road!
