Miley Cyrus Lost 20 Pounds Through Pilates!

It's no secret that Miley Cyrus is a very big fan of Pilates.

She's been going to Mari Winsor Pilates classes for a while now, going several times a week.

Miley has been going so much that she's lost a crazy 20 pounds!

Mari Winsor said:

"Her mother had done Winsor Pilates, and when Miley wanted to do Pilates, her mom recommended me. Her results are due to her commitment, hard work, and everyday workouts. Miley is a fan of all Pilates exercises, in particular those that sculpt the abs."

So she's been working her butt off (literally) and she's also on a gluten and lactose-free diet.

So the secret to having a healthy body is diet and exercise?!

Who woulda known? LOLz!
