Michael Phelps Sells Condo For Huge Loss
Michael Phelps had a little trouble selling his Baltimore condo, so he just dumped it.
In total, he lost $400,000+ in the deal.
Ouch!
He originally purchased the 4,080 sq. ft. home in Fells Point back in 2007 for $1.69 million, then the market took a dump and he had to list the 3-bedroom pad earlier this year for $1.42 million — but only got $1.25 million in the end.
Apparently it's projected that he'll earn about $100,000,000 from endorsements in his lifetime, so like, whatever and stuff.
