Rather than stress about all the meals you are going to or “should” eat this week, why not focus on something smaller like 5 salads in 5 days?
Cook an extra serving of protein the night before and throw it into a salad you can take to work OR pre order a salad for lunch and have it delivered. Order and pay for it early in the day so that you don’t have to stress about what to eat when you are already hungry and craving the not so healthy options.
That’s my plan for the week. Five salads in five days.
