Miley Cyrus Wants You To Help Paralyzed Australian Athlete

Say what you want about Miley Cyrus (mainly that she's in FAB shape!), but she totally uses her Twitter for good!

Miley has been asking her fans — and the world — to help and donate to an Australian athlete named Beau Vernon.

The charity fund established is a result from an injury during his local Leongatha Football Club when he collided with another athlete, fracturing his neck and dislocating his vertebrae.

After being airlifted, he underwent surgery to repair two broken vertebrae, but was left paralyzed.

Sadly, his his parents have been struggling with medical fees and a fund was set up in his name to raise money to cover the costs.

Here's what Miley said:

"help Beau Vernon A young Aussie Football star who suffered a spinal injury during football thats (sic) left him without movement in his arms &legs… The Beau Vernon fund has been set up to help support Beau and the challenges that lay ahead for him and his family."

So sweet of her, and we hope it really helps.

Hopefully we can help out Beau's parents… and help Beau reclaim what he can of his life!
