Well if you're an anxious person, we're sure this won't help at all but, a new study found that people with minor psychological duress, such as anxiety or mild depression, have a greater chance of dying!
That's literally the last thing anxious people need to hear.
"Even with low levels of psychological distress — certainly much lower levels than would attract a diagnosis of anxiety or depression — these people had an increased risk of mortality from all causes. The greater the level of distress, the greater the risk."
So basically, if you get seriously injured or contract a major disease or get cancer or something, you're less likely to survive if you're generally an anxious or depressed person.
So whatever you do, don't worry about anything ever!
There are counter studies that claim some stress might be good even!
According to science, everything can kill you, so no point in stressing out.
We suddenly feel less anxious.
