Bruce Jenner has been called the greatest athlete of all time — and it was a title earned and given to him.

Usain Bolt gave the title to himself.

He think's Usain is nuts!

Here's what Bruce said:

"He's the best sprinter. He can't pole vault, he can't throw anything … that's an athlete."

He followed up with a response to if Usain would be able to compete in HIS sport (being a decathlete):

"He would be terrible."

Burrrrrrn!

We think this means one thing: DECATHLON OFF!
