Cee Lo Green Joins Thursday Night Football
Cee Lo Green, in all his wonder, will be joining up with NFL Network to make a new Thursday Night Football intro, which is being produced by @radical.media!
Instead of doing a standard pre-taped opener, centered around the artist performing, Cee Lo wants to have fans submit videos of themselves singing along to the chorus of The Ramones' Blitzkrieg Bop.
Cee Lo said:
"I think this brings a splash of color to a, you know, bland and black-and-white backdrop. And make it colorful and make it fun and make it young. Make it exciting and highly enthusiastic, you know what I’m saying?"
So they're crowd-sourcing the intro?? Cool!!
They're trying to help bring the NFL into social media more. Having Cee Lo help is certainly a great way to do that!
