Boston Chef Wins International Lobster World Series

We didn't even know there was a "lobster world series."
No, people don't pit lobsters against one another in a tiny death arena, they cook them!
Chris Gould of Uni Sashimi Restaurant in Boston won the competition with his special lobster dish!
It's a butter-basted lobster with corn and sweet miso puree, served with roasted fingerling potatoes and – excuse us, we have to wipe away some drool – cinnamon and hay smoked carrots and piquillo pepper sauce.
That… sounds… AHMAYZING!
No wonder he took home the golden lobster buoy and his $5,000 prize.
Congrats on winning, Chris!
