Madonna and her trainer Nicole Winhoffer have teamed up to bring us the workout DVD which combines sexy dance moves and a good cardio and resistance fitness routine.

Basically you can dance your way to Madonna's body!

The DVDs come out September 5th so you only have a few more weeks to eat cheeseburgers.

Not that we condone eating cheeseburgers, we're just saying, if you wanna look as good as Madonna does, you better be prepared to dance your butt off! Literally! LOLz!
