First Lady Fitness with Michelle Obama!

We'd totally watch it.

Michelle is a workout machine (Michine?) who gets up between 4:30 and 5:00am to get in a workout before her kids wake up!

She said:

"Barack and I work out every day. I usually get to the gym before he does. But he is usually there either in the middle of my workout or right at the end. And we're watching `SportsCenter' and we're catching up. That's why I know so much about sports… and you start having an opinion about Tebow and Mark Sanchez."

So great that they get to spend some time together and get a workout in!

But what if they're away from the White House as they so often are? How does she workout?

"If I don't have a rope or space, I might do a 30-minute routine that includes a minute of jumping jacks alternating with a minute of push-ups, then some sit-ups. You take a 30-second break and do it again."

So she gets her workout in no matter what!

Way to keep it fit, Michelle!
