South Carolina is the latest state to join the other 30 states who have Tim Tebow Laws.

The law is actually called the Equal Access to Interscholastic Activities Act.

It allows children who are home schooled or go to charter schools to be able to participate in local public school extracurricular activities.

That's how Tebow was able to play football for his local high school in Florida before playing in college.

Just because a child is home schooled, doesn't mean they shouldn't have the same opportunities as public school children.

Besides, tossing a ball around your backyard with your parents can only be fun for so long.
