Last year, Fox sports struck a deal with the L.A. Dodgers that baseball's commissioner shot down.
It was a crazy 20-year, $3 billion deal that gave the Dodgers 30% of the Fox Sports channel.
Discussions have started again and a new deal has apparently been put on the table.
Apparently they would share joint ownership of the English and Spanish language Fox Sports channels, and the new deal could be closer to $4 billion or more.
Even if that deal doesn't go through, Time Warner Cable could jump in with a lucrative counter offer because they're launching a new Southern Cali regional sports network this October.
Someone stands to make a lotta money off this!
We wanna own a baseball team!
