When someone loses 20 pounds, it's usually a big deal.
They were either trying super hard to do it, or they had been ill and probably didn't mean for it to happen.
Here's what she had to say:
"I'm just taking care of myself: Eating less, exercising more, drinking a lot of coconut water. I eat a lot of Greek yogurt: Greek yogurt in the morning, salads and proteins the rest of the day and maybe a cupcake if I've been a good girl. I don't believe in depriving yourself of things you want."
That sounds simple and totally not like torture — two things we're REALLY into when it comes to health!
We're just glad she's keepin' healthy!
