How Does Jordin Sparks Keep The Weight Off??

Jordin Sparks looks great! But that's because she works so hard.

She had lost 50lbs and has been actively making sure to keep it off.

She's been on the road a lot promoting her new film Sparkle, so she's had to be extra careful about what she eats. She said:

"It's been so crazy… that's where really watching what I eat comes into play. I've been trying to stay away from all of the stuff at the airports, because that's where I've been living. I've been trying to eat a lot of salads, apples, fruits - I've been trying to stick with things like that so I can snack on those instead of being like, 'Oh look, a bag of chips! I'll just have those!'"

Ha! Yeah, you've gotta watch out for those snack cravings when on the road.

The real trick is just to live your new healthy lifestyle everyday!

If you change the way you think about food, then it'll be easier to fight off the unhealthy cravings.
