Kate Hudson Reveals How Hard It Is To Lose Baby Weight

It always seems like when a celeb gets pregnant, they have the baby and are right back to their sexy self in a matter of weeks.

Finally, Kate Hudson has spoken out, revealing that it is possible to do without surgery, but it takes a TON of work.

So how did Kate lose her baby weight?

She worked out SIX HOURS A DAY!!!

She said:

"I devoted six hours a day to a vigorous workout regime. I would do 45 or 55 minutes of cardio then an hour of Pilates or yoga, three times a day."

That's CRAZY!

No wonder she looks so good now!

This is pretty extreme and we'd say we don't recommend it (because it'd be so strenuous) but honestly, who would have time for that anyway?

Movie stars and prisoners. That's about it. LOLz!
