The end of summer means an abundance of delicious and ripe fruit. Peaches, nectarines and plums are perfect on the
grill, and make a fast and healthy dessert without extra fat and calories. Cut your fruit in half and remove the pit. Sprinkle tops with spice (cinnamon, nutmeg or ginger are great choices) and grill over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve with a dollop of vanilla nonfat greek yogurt, garnish with drizzle of honey and pinch of spice, and and enjoy!
