We can see it!
We're wondering what the rush is, however — the man just died, and the whole Jerry Sandusky case isn't close to being over!
Oscar-winning actor Al Pacino has been cast to play Paterno, regardless of timing, and we think he can pull it off!
It's based on a book, of course, which was written by Joe Posnanski called Paterno.
Strangely enough, there's no script OR director, just Pacino attached. Apparently the movie will be focusing on his life before Penn State and his career with them, and will NOT shy away from the Sandusky atrocities.
We're sure ardent fans will be upset — but hey, the guy hid a child molester away for the sake of football, so you can't really be upset at all without looking pretty heartless.
