Chad Johnson Officially Charged With Battery!

Chad Johnson has been OFFICIALLY charged with battery in the domestic violence case involving his soon-to-be ex-wife, Evelyn Lozada!
The dude (allegedly) head butted her (because he cheated)! This should've happened weeks ago!
Unfortunately, if he's convicted he will only spend up to a year in jail — it's being called misdemeanor battery.
To make thing even more complicated is the fact that Chad is refusing to sign any divorce papers, saying he's still in love with her.
So in love that he's violent and cheats (Again, allegedly. You know how it goes.)!
