We have never been so happy to see someone so not impressed with their own surgery outcome!

McKayla Maroney had to go under the knife to cure some injuries she gathered while doing flips in the air and tumbles and stuff (because she's a gymnast, you know) — and we're pumped that she just posted this pic to twitter, while saying this:
