Four hours of biking in one day?!
We hope it was a leisurely ride around a park or something.
That shiz cray! We hope that's not an every day thing, or else she could be overtraining.
At least she's doing yoga a day later to give her sore muscles some much needed rest/stretching.
She def knows how to listen to her body.
