When the average person hits the gym, we think it's safe to assume they're not heading to the free weight area to grab a barbell and do some Olympic lifts.
Sure, there's always that one guy in the gym who's using every free 45-pound plate he can find, throwing around a barbell so heavy it literally sags at the ends.
But we're not that guy, and we're assuming you're not either.
That doesn't mean that Olympic lifts can't be very good for you, though.
