Following her return, the artist took a moment to thank everyone for their "prayers, love, and support" -- and especially the North Bergen Police Department for bringing her home safe.
Sharing a picture alongside the NYPD, Miz Quigley penned:
There's no doubt that Kobe Bryant is the Lakers. They are him and he is them.
And he knows it, and wants to make sure everyone else knows it too!
"I got a question earlier about whose team this is. I don't want to get into the 'well, we share…' no it's my team. But I want to make sure that Dwight, when I retire, this is going to be his. I want to teach him everything I possibly know so that when I step away this organization can ride on as if I never left."
So Kobe at least acknowledge that Dwight Howard is also on the team. LOLz!
Another fellow teammate, Steve Nash, said:
"I think this is Kobe's team. For the media's perspective, this is Kobe's team. [But] anyone who's ever played on a basketball team, it's also our team. The team needs to share in that responsibility. Kobe can't do everything… we got to be there for him every day."
That is absolutely true.
So while Kobe may be the face of the Lakers, a face without a body is nothing… or maybe the aftermath of a horrible shaving accident.
Can't sink three pointers without arms! (His teammates are the arms.) LOLz!
