What's better than asking celebs straight up to go on record about their fitness and health techniques??
Paula, having just turned 50, uses the "GyroKenesis" exercise machine, which helps her stretch and provides therapeutic relief for old dance injuries. She even starts every day with a Calcium Cocktail to stave off osteoporosis!
Chris shares how he and his wife of 14 years braved the “back-to-school” vaccination process with their five children this past September — and Denise reveals how to have great hair!
Denise Richards’ Tips for Great Hair:
Tip #1: Dry, brittle hair? Try Richard’s Avo-Coco Mask!
o Take 1 avocado, ½ cup coconut milk & 3 tspns of olive oil.
§ Mash avocado completely & add coco milk & oilive oil. Warm it up stove top till it’s slightly warm.
§ Apply mask from roots to ends & massage it in. Leave on for 30 minutes, wash hair & voila! Beautiful hair!
o The Doctors’ Dr. Lisa Masterson on why this works: “Avocados & olive oil are rich in fats especially polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acid which is essential for hair growth.”
Tip #2: Flat, dull looking hair? Denise recommends using vinegar in the shower.
o Richards says “I put the vinegar in by itself then shampoo it out to remove the smell. It's great for shine!”
o The Doctors’ Dr. Lisa Masterson on why this works: “If you have oily hair, rinsing with a solution of vinegar can leave your hair free of heavy build up that gives look and feel. Clean, smooth hair cuticles reflect light, making hair shine.”
Tip #3: If you want wavy hair without the curling iron, Richards says, “Bun it out!”
o After you take a shower, put your damp hair in a loose bun on top of your head before you go to sleep. When you wake up and unravel, this will give you sexy beach hair.
o The Doctors’ Dr. Lisa Masterson on why this works: “Curling irons can be very damaging to the hair over time because of the high heat. This is a great idea that won’t lead to breakage as you might see with curling irons.”
Make sure you watch the show on Thursday to get all the great tips!
