Tara Stiles This Is Yoga Launch Party
Tara Stiles, named a "yoga rebel" by the New York Times, recently launched her new four-disc DVD series Tara Stiles: This is Yoga.
To celebrate, she had a candlelit nighttime yoga class along with a reception at The Standard Hollywood.
After greeting her guests, she took to the mat and did a 45-minute flow instruction where other yogis followed her movement-based workout.
All under the beautiful El Lay night sky!
After the lessons, they all cooled down with some healthy snacks and refreshments.
